This summer Austin has been working on a new app called SPOT. It's purpose is to help groups find missing people or items. It tracks exactly where you have walked and shows you where everyone else is looking so that time isn't wasted researching the same areas or leaving areas unsearched. They are hoping to present it to police departments to see if anyone is interested in using it. The app allows you to put in a description of who or what is missing along with a picture and a pinpoint on the map of where they were last seen.
