Camping!

On our bucket list for the summer we wanted to go camping! So we set up the tent in the backyard and put the air mattress in it. Since it doesn't get dark till after 9:30 we let Karrigan sleep in her room until 10 when we thought we would surprise her and go camping! She wasn't too excited about being woken up but once she got in the tent she was ready to party! She was too excited to lay down she was too excited we were having a big sleep over and just wanted to crawl over us all night. About 1 I took her back inside so we could both get some sleep.

This is made out of the old blinds we had in the living that we took out when we moved in. 

First Time Attempting to Color

Today we wanted to send Aidan back a picture from Karrigan. We printed out Thomas the Train, found the crayons, and turned on Frozen! Karrigan colored a little and ate the crayons for a while. It was a fun project! and we did get it sent to Aidan. 

Karrigan's First Truck!

We got this special toy from the cabin! My parents brought it down for Karrigan and she loves it! She can't push it with her feet yet but she likes to honk the horn and wave to people.

Sleeping at the Wheel

Today we walked to Windsor Park, it takes about 15 minutes to walk there. Karrigan played a little too hard and fell asleep about 5 minutes into the ride back home. 

Splash Park!

Today we decided to enjoy the hot sun at Pioneer Splash Park in Provo, down by Austin's work. Karrigan melts in the sun playing in the backyard but she loved getting her toes wet here and watching all the other kids! She didn't really run in the jet streams but hopefully next year! One time all the water turned off for a minute so she ran real fast out into the middle and started splashing in the puddles, then the water turned back on! and she couldn't figure out how to escape and just started screaming. She's pretty funny.
