8 months old and climbing stairs!

We were cleaning out under the stairs last week and this is what I turn around to find! I had been putting stuff on the stairs that I didn't want her to get into, I guess she proved me wrong. 

Idaho Break

This was the weekend we came home for Jaun-ne's celebration of life, we had a lot of fun! Karrigan had a very late night I let her stay up as long as she was happy. You could tell she was getting tired because she kept laying her head down but then she would pop it back up as if saying "I'm awake! Lets party!"

The next day we went up to the park with Sarah and Fran, Karrigan slept most of the time but when she woke up she liked playing with the bubbles. She wasn't too interested in any of the toys though. Later Brooks came over and they had some cousin bonding time! Brooks is crawling all over and loves to clap, he's pretty funny. 

Jaun-ne's Celebration of Life

Jaunne had her celebration of life March 7, 2014 in Rigby. I am glad that the weather was pleasant enough so that Karrigan and I could drive down. Below are some pictures at the celebration, that's Karrigan and I with Jaun-ne's mom Pam, she is an amazing mom and we love her so much! She is moving back to California to be with the rest of her family but we sure will miss seeing her around. The rest are pictures that I shared of all the fun times with Jaun-ne. 

Jaun-ne was always so much fun she loved singing and dancing even though she was very limited in her movements. She was very smart she loved reading, every day we read books and played matching games and counted money and practiced telling time, practiced brushing our teeth, and one of my proudest moments I taught her how to spit! It took a few months but once she caught on she was a hoot.

Just Standing Around

Karrigan is getting so big! She loves pulling her self up on things and standing, now she can push herself off the floor and stand! Pretty soon she will be walking all over the place! 

Cold!

Karrigan hates crawling on cold tile without any pants on, watch as her little knees don't even touch the floor! 

Two Front Teeth!

This little 8 month girl has her first two bottom front teeth poking through! She has the cutest little smile!
